Opportunity
In response to the shift towards remote work, Manor Property Group and Vujic Property Group saw an opportunity to redefine traditional workplaces and create an inspiring destination that would entice employees back to the office. And so, in the bustling Tech Hub of Cremorne, emerged the illustrious 11–13 Pearson Street — a high-end, 7-story, 2,300 sqm office building. At the heart of their vision was the desire to set a new benchmark for boutique offices, offering an unparalleled premium product tailored to businesses seeking the peak of top-tier office spaces.


Our solution
Looking to make an impact on the industry with their first commercial project, Manor x Vujic came with the name Rois — meaning Kings in French. We explored many marks and colours that symbolised class and stature before reimagining the iconic fleur-de-lis. We chose a royal navy blue, evoking the class of a bygone era, paired with a subtle off-white to elevate the feel. The letterforms of the logo were a beautiful serifed type face, steeped in history and class. Applied at a scale mirroring the building's impeccable craftsmanship, the logo exudes elegance and refinement. Additionally, we created a subtle brand pattern inspired by the wooden panel feature wall in the lobby, paying homage to the builder's impeccable attention to detail and craftsmanship.






Website
The website mirrored the brochure's allure, offering an immersive experience that allowed potential tenants to envision themselves thriving in this workplace. The carefully curated user experience showcased every facet of Rois, enticing visitors with its refined elegance and sophistication, serving as a conversion tool for the leasing team.




Ambient Branding
The brand extended to crafted ambient materials that amplified Rois' premium status. Recognising the importance of extending the visual identity to every touchpoint, WOO integrated the emblem and captivating graphic patterns into branded products. Tote bags, outdoor banners, and champagne bottles were adorned with the distinctive fleur-de-lis, infusing each item with Rois' regal allure.






Lifestyle Photography
As part of this creative endeavor, we collaborated with lifestyle photographer, Jeremy Wright, to deliver a series of emotive, engaging, and elevated lifestyle shots. These captivating visuals portrayed the full essence of Rois, highlighting its proximity to nearby amenities such as convenient public transport, health and fitness facilities, food and beverage options, and more.
