Opportunity
At the bustling heart of South Yarra, a symphony of sophistication and sustainability is underway. Born from the successful collaboration between Manor Property Group x Vujic Property Group, this building, a sister to Rois, aspires to extend on the partnerships premium asset offering. WOO’s creative journey began with the challenge of crafting an engaging narrative that would weave together the project's allure through the information memorandum, marketing collateral and website.


Our solution
This project, known as the Reine, draws its name from the French word for "Queen," signifying a seamless connection with its brother project, Rois, meaning "King." Inspired by French royalty, both projects share a distinctive allure, while Reine carves its own unique identity to offer a regal experience for boutique offices. At the heart of our endeavor lay the Information Memorandum - a 60-page testament to Reine's premium status and features. Through compelling narratives and architectural renderings, the IM unfolded a captivating story of unparalleled quality, where luxury craftsmanship intertwines with a deep commitment to sustainability. This symphony of balance ensures a greener, more sustainable future for businesses seeking a flight to quality.



Website
The enchanting tale of the Reine continues with the elegant and considered design of its website. While not striving for excessive minimalism, the website adopts a somewhat minimal approach, ensuring a visually refined and uncluttered interface. Each element serves a purpose, delivering essential information with clarity. Included in the design is an interactive element, showcasing the possibilities of office fitouts when collaborating with MxV. This dynamic feature allows potential tenants to envision their dream workspace within the Reine, unlocking the true potential of boutique offices that align with their needs and preferences.









Lifestyle Photography
Once again, we collaborated with lifestyle photographer, Jeremy Wright, to deliver a series of emotive, engaging, and elevated lifestyle shots. This ensured a visual harmony between the Reine and Rois projects, whilst highlighting its proximity to nearby amenities such as convenient public transport, health and fitness facilities, food and beverage options, and more.
