Opportunity
Caulfield Grammarians’ Association (CGA), one of Australia's oldest past student associations dating back to 1885, serves a global alumni community with more than 28,000 Caulfield Grammarians across 20 countries. From ages 17 to 100, with an average of 37, CGA's mission is to inspire lifelong connections among its alumni. The CGA approached WOO with a vision to align all their community touchpoints with their mission. They aspired to be seen as leaders in the field and aimed to elevate all brand and digital touchpoints to achieve a higher level of alumni engagement. The challenge was clear: how to revitalise the CGA's brand and digital presence to truly inspire lifelong connections and community engagement.

Our solution
In response to this challenge, WOO Agency hosted a strategy workshop to redefine the CGA's Vision and Values, with a strong emphasis on community engagement. This fresh positioning called for a comprehensive overhaul of all brand collateral to ensure that every touchpoint resonated with the mission to inspire lifelong connections among alumni.

The comprehensive work undertaken included a new Logo and Identity that encapsulated the CGA's renewed vision. The website was reimagined to create an engaging online hub for alumni, while a Multimedia Historical Wall provided a captivating visual journey through the CGA's rich history, whilst highlighting past alumni. A Brand Video was crafted to communicate the CGA's mission and values effectively. Alumni Profiles and EDM Templates were designed to foster better engagement and communication within the community.

Each touchpoint, from the logo to the website and multimedia features, played a pivotal role in creating a higher level of engagement and a deeper sense of community among the entire alumni network. This transformation positioned the CGA as a leader in alumni engagement and upheld its mission to inspire lifelong connections among its members.
